Ever since its foundation, the TRIVALENT professionals have dedicated their time to development of specialized software applications for various industries. The basic and most important principle of the cooperation is the understanding of client needs, which are documented in the initial analyses as a result of the collaboration with the client key-users of the future SW solution.
The client needs analyses is further elaborated into system analyses, which is then presented to the client for acceptation or eventual modification or completion with significant functionalities necessary to cover the client needs. This completed study then becomes the key document serving as a mutually binding and mandatory requested work specification as well as acceptation criteria benchmark, once the complete work is handed over to the client.
Subsequently, a fixed price is agreed for the work completion. In course of the development phase TRIVALENT undertakes various sets of internal testing, which are consequently, after test version completion, replaced with UAT testing, on the client side.
This is not necessary the end of our cooperation in this regard. TRIVALENT is then prepared for further development and adjustment of the delivered applications according actual client needs in SLA guaranteed response times during the applications life cycle.
